9 years ago seems like interaction of TE autonomous activator and EIO redstone conduits, removed the offending machine and put it into a chest, should be fixed for now....

no details, just putting down some torches and bamm, crashed. server connection forcibly closed and wait for the reboot. Intox reported its been doing it last night too.
