x-axis scaling in oscilloscope #49

When I rescale the x-axis on the oscilloscope by increasing time/div, the plot gets squished into a small part of the window. This is on a clean installation of RTXI. I plotted the signal generator at its defaults.

This has been resolved. Scale engines have been remapped and tested. Please confirm.
