separate modules into individual repositories and add read me with description of plugin function

• separate plugins into individual repositories
• be sure to add the .gitignore file to each repository so that compiled objects/etc don't get push to it
• add brief, but useful summary of what the plugin does - and maybe a screen shot if possible
