Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you tell me what steps you've already taken with the installation? Particularly, did you compile and install Xenomai libraries? (You can check if the /usr/xenomai directory exists.) Also, which version of Xenomai are you using?


One last question. Is there a reason why you are trying to compile RTXI with both the comedi and analogy drivers? Could you instead run:

$ ./configure --enable-xenomai  --enable-analogy

Thanks for getting back to me. I was using the wrong version of xenomai and the wrong unix kernel. Xenomai-3.0-rc6 does not support tsc only ns. I created a new environment with linux 3.8.13 and xenomai 2.6.4. . So this problem is no loner an issue.
