CI for KG2? #313

Since we don't use Travis CI anymore, it might be a good idea to get CI set up in a different way for KG2. Maybe we should use GitHub Actions?

Since I've been having a hard time getting this up and running, I am going to spin this off into a separate branch so that the main kg2.8.4prep branch won't be impacted as much as may be required.

I first looked at https://github.com/RTXteam/RTX-KG2/compare/4de473d..b148404 to ensure I remembered all of the files I changed.

This work is now going to be done in kg2.8.4prep_ci.

Since this has been merged in to kg2.8.4prep, I am going to close this (with the caveat it will be reopened if more development work is needed).

For documentation purposes: 182 minutes and 37 seconds of our 1,000 minute monthly allotment were used up in setting this up. Each build takes roughly 5 minutes. Therefore, we can make roughly 163 more commits this month, which should be enough.
