`infores:nddf-umls` is deprecated #391

We currently have edges in KG2 (RTX-KG2.9.0pre) attributed to infores:nddf-umls. However, this doesn't appear to be valid anymore: https://github.com/biolink/information-resource-registry/blob/main/infores_catalog.yaml#L2387-L2389
