KL/AT Updates #406

Based on our meeting with Matt Brush, we have a few updates to make to our KL/AT mappings:

MONDO, EFO, and PR should be set to manual_agent
text_mining_agent sources should have a KL of not_provided

Additionally, we have other updates we are supposed to make:

Consider using an edge property to represent off label uses (from DrugCentral) (https://github.com/RTXteam/RTX/issues/2345)
Identify which subset of DisGeNet we use (particularly looking at the evidence_score)
Check if PathWhiz differentiates which items are curated and which are auto generated
