[ ] Clean up create_load_db.py
[ ] Clean up server.py
[ ] Clean up cruft in the autocomplete directory
[x] generate new autocomplete using create_load_db.py and kg2_node_info.tsv
[x] update RTXConfig to track autocomplete.sqlite
[x] update the database manager to track autocomplete.sqlite. This should put the file in RTX/code/autocomplete/
[x] update the Dockerfile for the ARAX build

Since the dockerfile part of this is complete I'm going to rename this issue.
