Path Finder Progress #2297

Here is the list of tasks:

  1. Speed up the Path Finder query.
  2. Use DrugBank test data as a benchmark to evaluate Path Finder.
  3. Add a node category constraint to the Path Finder query to ensure paths include at least one node with the selected category.
  4. Bug: return a reasonable error messages when query failed to process.
