Add a function in ranker to give higher weight based on the number of edges #2301

This is a sub-task of https://github.com/RTXteam/RTX/issues/2299.

This function will calculate a weight based on the number of edges. However, not all edges are weighted equally. We will follow #2300 (e.g., give higher weight to the edges from drugbank, lower edges from semmeddb).
