magic crashes when placing a pcell in a layout that is read-only #309

If you happen to open a layout that is set as read-only and then attempt to place a pcell magic will crash when you push the "create" button in the params pop-up window.

I was able to repeat this with debugger. Here is the backtrace

Fixed in version 8.3.484.
