append gf180mcu pdk paths to xschemrc #340

I noticed that skywater adds the following to xschemrc: https://github.com/RTimothyEdwards/open_pdks/blob/master/sky130/custom/xschem/xschemrc_append

Should open_pdks do the same for gf180mcu?
