Resistor and capacitor parameters no longer match the GF PDK definitions for ngspice #356

The original length and width parameters for resistors and capacitors were r_length, r_width, c_length, and c_width. These were changed in the open PDK and have not been updated in the magic tech file.

Actually, I think I was looking in the models, not the subcircuit definitions, and the subcircuit parameters have not changed. So, not an issue.
