Varactor generated by Magic has DRC error

Creating a N-Type Varactor with multiple fingers causes the DRC error "N-Well overlap of varactor poly < 0.15um (varac.5)". The error is only visible when descending into the Varactor cell.

Steps to reproduce

In Magic do the following:

• Create the Varactor:
  • Devices 1 -> MOS Varactor
  • Width= 4, Lenght=10, Fingers=5, M=5
  • Create and close
• Descend into the Varactor Cell
  • Options -> Cell Manager
  • Select the Varactor Cell, press Load
• Perform a DRC:
  • DRC -> DRC Complete
  • Options -> DRC Manager

The DRC Manager will show the error: N-Well overlap of varactor poly < 0.15um (varac.5)

Noted. I will work on this in a bit. In the meantime, a workaround is to hand-edit the cell after it is generated, to remove the DRC error.
