Creating a N-Type Varactor with multiple fingers causes the DRC error "N-Well overlap of varactor poly < 0.15um (varac.5)". The error is only visible when descending into the Varactor cell.
Steps to reproduce
In Magic do the following:
Create the Varactor:
Devices 1 -> MOS Varactor
Width= 4, Lenght=10, Fingers=5, M=5
Create and close
Descend into the Varactor Cell
Options -> Cell Manager
Select the Varactor Cell, press Load
Perform a DRC:
DRC -> DRC Complete
Options -> DRC Manager
The DRC Manager will show the error: N-Well overlap of varactor poly < 0.15um (varac.5)
