Enable IPFS Namespace Through PubSub Router #92

At the moment the pubsub router is only used for the /ipns namespace. If we were to enable this for the /ipfs namespace, would enable looking up /ipfs namespaces via pubsub.

Solved with v3.4.3 of TemporalX via the ability to specify which namespaces to use
