Add a node writing AckermannDrive messages to the /drive topic
Add a config file and Config model to the avai_lab python package
Add new dependencies (AckermannDriveMsgs) to the ros test_package
Add new dependencies to the avai_lab package
Add the respective entries for the new implementations to the mkdocs structure
