• [ ] We should plan for refactoring of sub1 and sub2 when we start sub3. We definitely can't for see what needs to be changed. But just knowing that some things could potentially take up extra time.

ANCHOR (Holding us back)

• [ ] For this project my schedule / time investment has been holding me back. I would have liked to spend more time on the project then what i did.

• [ ] Stuff like diagrams can not be left to the day before hand-in, I know the hand-in was moved a day closer then what we initially planned for which sucks. But for the future I think we should at least have a day for diagramming if we decide to make them after everything is done, instead of making them on the go as we go.

WIND (Helping the team)

• [ ] I think the planned and structured meeting went well, and would like to keep that going, when going forward to sub3.

• [ ] I think we we're good at defining the tasks this time around.
