Seems like date of v13 is Nov 24, 2023. Would like to ask when we will see the v14 version?

Hi, thanks for your attention to this survey!

Several weeks ago, we released one new version in Chinese [link], covering new topics and discussions. In the following months, we will make a small update on the survey paper to sync up new content from the Chinese book, and also fix some issues like grammar, typos, etc.
