Add Myket Android Application Install Dataset #120

Hi there!

I've added the Myket Android Application Install Dataset. This dataset we recently introduced contains information on install interactions within an Android application market and has more than 690,000 interactions. I also created the atomic files for this dataset and put them here. Please let me know if there is anything else I should do.

We will put this dataset into the cloud disk of RecBole as soon as possible.
