Would something as simple as an AlertDialog be sufficient? I'll play around with some options tomorrow. So what we're looking for is just a popup or notification that shows the user their submission was successful?

Hi, guys, I think making a new page is a good way, since it is the design of our application. We don't need it submit the information. Just directly go to new activity is fine
