Update Precompiled Zip Please #2054

The Precompiled Zip is from October of 2023, yet the requirements and libraries have changed, so I am no longer able to use it.

I am able to do that since I have everything updated to the latest version of the repository. They are probably not releasing since RVCv3 model is not yet prepared.
