Use of PacBio longreads ? #20

Hello, Muffin seems very promising. I have a question regarding your workflow, is it possible to use PacBio longreads ? Did you test it with PacBio reads ? Thanks in advance for your answer Camille

hi we did not test it with pac bio data. the flye command would need some adjustments if you are using high accuracy reads
