I'm running MUFFIN for the first time using profile local+docker on illumina paired-end reads plus ONT long reads. All the steps seem to run smoothly, but the final step called "parser_bin", which calls pankegg_bin.py is still running after 4 hours, without using any CPU load.
My question: is this normal for this final step to be running this long without using any CPU load?
