Low Cost Residential Experiment #3

Tossing idea in for a low cost barren land property that a residential unit could be built on for use by RWAC members, partner networks, AirBnB, etc.

The main idea is to pull in the folks/network from Rigor and make this a joint effort to primarily demonstrate joint capabilities of DAOs in RWA. I realize this is adding a layer of complexity and might be a second stage project but I think can generate a lot of center of gravity in the RWA space for Cougar <> Kali <> Rigor <> Tater <> Lex and cement these partnerships in the process. I'm sure Rigor would be motivated to do a lot of the legwork for their own demonstrative reasons.

Just seeing this now. I like this idea, can do a stick built or maybe something like TinyHouse in the interim. I sorta want to see the construction costs and supply chain issues stabilize. But, maybe that isn't so bad up there.
