I want to get off MR BONES WILD RIDE

I deleted lots of stuff so that this would work, it's bare bones

Four faction types based on tech levels, a neutral and a hostile faction for each type PawnKinds for each faction No weapon/armor information until we add proper tags (lost them in the revert)

If you set any nonexisting tags (not set for any weapon), it will cause a game crash. So you better set tags for weapons first.
