Prevent simulation of two clicks when interaction hasn't moved

Small change to prevent click from being simulated twice.

To reproduce the error that this PR solves:

• Open DevTools
• Use "Toggle device toolbar" to simulate e.g. iPad
• Click (with the filled circle) on an element that has a click handler
• Observe two click events
