[Issue] Can't launch Stardew Valley Mod Manager from Setup #115
When updating Stardew Valley Mod Manager or Installing Stardew Valley Mod Manager, checking the checkbox to run the mod manager when completing setup results in an error dialog stating that the application cannot be run due to it requiring elevations.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Run the Stardew Valley Mod Manager setup installer.
Ensure that the option to run the program after install is checked.
Observe error dialog box.

As of v230301, Stardew Valley Mod Manager requires elevated permissions in order to combat issues users were having with the default install location being in a system write protected area of the file system.
Suggested Resolution
Try work something into the inno setup script to ensure permissions are met or remove the checkbox.
