[Issue] To update a mod you have to disable it, then uninstall it, before installing the update. #123
When downloading a mod update, in order to install it, one needs to disable the mod, then uninstall it, before they can zip install it. The application can't overwrite disabled mods.
Also, if the mod is enabled, and the user goes to install the update, it will add the updated version to the disabled mods list, and keep the outdated version in the enabled mods list, and neither can be enabled/disabled as there are conflicting mods.
