[Issue] Application allows the user to enable/disable mods whilst game is active #125
Whilst the game is running, the application makes no effort to prevent users from enabling, disabling, installing and uninstalling mods. If SMAPI is running, mod management should be disabled as it can cause issues for the active game session.
