Release the ISHBootstrap PowerShell module.

Up until now, ISHBootstrap was just a collection of PowerShell scripts and examples to orchestrate the installation of Tridion Docs:

Preparation of the OS using ISHServer
Installation of third party prerequisites, also using ISHServer
Installation of an OOTB/Vanilla Tridion Docs (InstallTool)
Some basic configuration/customization examples using ISHDeploy and ISHRemote.

We now added an ISHBootstrap PowerShell Module, to introduce a common, standard way of:

Specifying the intent of a Tridion Docs server (the Server Role and Components)
Organizing your configuring/customizing scripts (the Recipe)
Applying your configuration/customization scripts (the Deployment Sequence)
