29 package version problems #44

This is an intermediate PR which does not close the related issue.

Though, as we continue to have these Issues on our VM and installing a branch of this repo did not seem to work the given setup of the VM, which we are not sure to be not allowed to change currently, we need to get our current fix into the main and subsequently to PyPi.

For debugging the WebApp. We work on better options.

This PR only loosens the package versions.
