21 update aix lib reference #23

I updated the AixLib reference, the uses, and fixed errors introduced by the latest PR. Morever, added new tests to check all relevant examples in the CI.

@larissakuehn : I fixed the multizone issues in the main and added CI. In the CI, all models are checked and all examples in BESMod simulated. So as long as the CI checks, it's down to the model changes. Most changes are due to CI. The only important one is in the Transfer system I guess.
