Describe the bug The model BESMod.Systems.Hydraulical.Control.Components.OnOffController.ConstantHysteresis is outdated and replaced by BESMod.Systems.Hydraulical.Control.Components.OnOffController.ConstantHysteresisTimeBasedHR. It is redundant.
