Add function to generate profile pool #151

As saved profiles, especially user and el. load profiles, require a lot of space, they should not be saved within GIT. However, it might be suitable for the user to have a set of random profiles, which can be used to parameterize a large city district. Thus, a script should be written to generate a random profile pool. Once generated, the user is able to quickly load different profiles.
