Currently, the pyCity README gives some advice on how to install uesgraphs. I think this is a duplication of the installation section of the uesgraphs README. I would suggest to remove this from pyCity's README and only link to uesgraphs (something like "Install uesgraphs as explained in its README". This is just a small change, but I think it reduces maintanence efforts and helps to have only one single source of truth for this information.
