Critical: Average dhw demand is too low for dhw sampling #435

It seems like the dhw sampling leads to sample sets with unrealistic energy demand values. So far, has only been explored within latin hypercube sampling process. Has to be checked.

Mistake in unit usage / missing conversion (used volume per day instead of assumed value of kWh/a)
