Add simple NTU model #1

In addition to the moving boundary NTU heat exchanger, a simple one is good for simplified studies.

@sebastianostlender as discussed, let's focus on the aspect of a single heat transfer coefficient for all phases instead of a single-boundary NTU and implement the changes in the new lmtd model in #4
