Proposal to move the project to Poetry #18

Hi, I propose to move the project to poetry to have a centralised point to manage dependency.

Hey @tuscaonline, thanks for this PR as well!

Do you have specific plans to continue working on this software? In that case, you could consider forking this project and maintaining a version in a different namespace. I mainly developed this during my time at RWTH, but have left since and I think no one has actively continued on it for a while. I wouldn't mind adding a link to your fork to this project and archiving it in that case.

If you are proposing to introduce poetry over the current dependency "management" just for the sake of it, I don't think I'm the right person to review and maintain it.

PS: Very happy to see this being of use for others :-)
