No import and export. #146

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I open menu, file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There were import and export. But they are absent now.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Autokey 0.80.0 gtk. Ubuntu 11.04.

This feature was removed because phrases and scripts are simple plain text and 
Python files now. You can copy them to other machines using your favourite file 
manager.
