after i run a script on autokey-gtk ubuntu hangs at reboot and shutdown #183

ive updated to the autokey-gtk newest as of today, but this issue has always 
happened even before the update.

of i run a script in autokey, whether i quit or dont quit autokey-gtk first, 
when i try to reboot or shutdown my ubuntu 11.10 system it hangs and fails to 
complete reboot.

it ONLY hangs if i run a script in autokey-gtk

anyone have ANY idea why this is?
