How do I use the update.bin file to update without rebuilding the whole project?

The update.bin is not a file used by the user but a file used by Valorant Companion to be able to offer auto-updating. Click the highlighted button in the screenshot to use the Auto-Update Feature. If it says "External Update" you have to download and use the installer again.
