Floyd Warshall with some calculation of distance between points on earth with lon/lat. Debug later. Need to work on something else for now.

I wrote "not route exists" instead of "no route exists". Also, I should have rounded the distance before running Floyd Warshall. Anyways, after changing these two places, still WA. No point trying to fix any more.
