First version in Spanish #29

Here is everything that is in the original repo, the only change was add the existence of Signal for iOS in Secure Communications and the integration with Textsecure and Redphone in Android (all of this only in the Spanish version), my written English is not that good for me to edit the original file in English.

Could you please also add a README in spanish? (in the directory) this way, people opening the directory on github have some explanations directly.
