Runway selection enhancements #22

When reassigning runways, would be awesome if the current runway selections were defaulted to check for re-assigning.

It'd also be awesome if we had a dropdown for our landing configurations (ie vATIS) and could just pick "North Calm" and it'd check all of the required boxes for that.
