I met the question same as @hazirliver when using arcas-HLA version 0.6.0. (https://github.com/RabadanLab/arcasHLA/issues/80)
The IMGTHLA version<= 3.34.0 works fine but if I try to use version >=3.35.0 such as 3.46.0 with any "arcasHLA reference --parameters" command, the error "[reference] Error: dat/IMGTHLA/hla.dat empty or corrupted" occur.
