unable to install arcasHLA in M3 Mac under conda. #131

defaults/osx-arm64::_anaconda_depends==2023.09=py311_openblas_1 unsuccessful initial attempt using frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve. Solving environment: -

here is the code and error, do you know how to figure it out using M3 Mac?
