[Feature Request] Extend Health Check Page to Show PHP Settings and Compare it with Recommended Secure Settings

The Passky-Server needs to be honest and transparent with its administrators, so that should push administrators to comply according to the recommendations of PHP secure settings. I think this page is exposing privacy which it must be kept only for the administrators. Thanks
