Is it possible for a future release to generate the Newick tree format? Thanks!

Hi amyliufda, In the latest version of RabbitTClust (v.2.2.1), I have introduced a new option called --newick-tree which enables the generation of a Newick tree format output file. The output file will have a suffix name of ".newick.tree". You can build the latest version from the source code.

I would appreciate it if you could provide feedback on how this feature works for you.
