4 months ago Assuming this is resolved, but for anyone else finding the issue: if you are on the charge screen, unplugging the device will turn it off. The hidden button in the sim card slot will reset the soc, causing it to either restart or shut down based on the last boot state.
even with the hiddden button on the sim card slot, it wont fully turn off, only partially to charge and show the charging screen
