it cant find python and idk why please translate this

you done the windows pre reqs? Specifically this one? Search for "Manage app execution aliases", scroll down till you see 2 entries called "App Installer" - python/python3.exe, disable these.

Install Python and reboot https://www.python.org/downloads/, fixed it for me.
